“Oh! My word-what started out as a very daunting renovation turned out to be a great experience. I had a strong idea of what I wanted, and a list of questions before I walked into the store. Then I met brenda my designer and how amazing, efficient, thoughtful she is. She also gave good explanations and was knowledgeable. I questioned and she informed me on what could be done. I had embraced the mindset that nothing was written in stone and that I may have to bend or give in a little. Brenda made the experience quite positive and pleasant every step of the way. She had no hesitation about coming to or place to measure and try to accomodate my wish list. She also gave good explanations and good advice every step of the way. Brenda knew how anxious I was to have the work start and she notified me as soon as an earlier date became available. All the girls we met at the office were so welcoming even to letting our dog into the store and giving her water and doggy treats. It was truly a family experience and great. Then came the introduction to the guys who would travel to our place and provide us with very well done assembly. They worked hard and with diligence and precision for three full days. They brought great workmanship in the installation process an weren’t too shy to wake some friendly teasing. They also accepted the scrutiny of our dog and her welcoming bark every morning. we could not ask for a better team. I am so pleased with the end results.
